Privacy policy

The short version
This website does not set cookies, does not run analytics, carries no advertising or social pixels, loads nothing from a third-party server and writes nothing to your browser’s storage. The only personal data we process is what your browser unavoidably sends to the web server so that the page can be delivered to you, plus anything you choose to put in an email to us.
1. Who is responsible (controller)
We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to under Article 37 of the GDPR. Privacy requests are handled by the responsible editor named above.
2. What this website does not do
- It sets no cookies of any kind — not even a “necessary” one, because there is no consent to remember.
- It uses no localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, Cache Storage or service worker.
- It runs no analytics — no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no server-side analytics product, no heatmaps, no session recording.
- It carries no advertising or conversion pixels — no Meta pixel, no Google or Microsoft Advertising tag, no TikTok pixel, no LinkedIn insight tag.
- It makes no third-party requests. No web fonts, no CDN, no remote images, no embedded video, no social buttons. Every file the page loads comes from pravator.online itself.
- It performs no fingerprinting, no canvas or audio probing, no device enumeration.
- It contains no contact form, no newsletter sign-up and no comment system, deliberately, because each of those would collect data.
- It carries out no profiling and no automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR.

3. What is unavoidably processed: server logs
Like every web server, the server that delivers this site records each request it answers. This is technically necessary: without the IP address the page cannot be sent back to you. The log entry contains the requesting IP address, the date and time, the URL requested, the HTTP status code, the number of bytes sent, and the user-agent and referrer strings your browser chooses to send.
4. If you email us
If you write to info@pravator.online we process your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you put in the message, for the sole purpose of answering you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence), or Article 6(1)(b) where your message concerns steps taken at your request. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with the matter and to evidence that we dealt with it, and is then deleted. We do not add correspondents to any mailing list, because we do not operate one.
Email is carried by our email provider, which processes the message in order to deliver it. That is inherent to email and applies equally to the provider you send it from.
5. Partner links and what happens when you leave
This site carries partner links to an advertiser. Those links are inert until you click one: they load nothing, set nothing and report nothing while you are reading.
When you do click one, two things happen that you should know about:
- You leave pravator.online. From that moment the destination site’s own privacy policy and cookie practice apply, not ours. We have no control over them and cannot switch them off for you.
- If the URL you arrived on carried advertising click identifiers — for example
msclkid,gclidorutm_parameters added by the advertising platform that showed you the ad — those parameters are copied onto the outgoing link so the advertiser can attribute the visit. This happens in your browser, at the moment of the click, and is visible in the address bar of the new tab. Nothing is stored on your device to do it, and we do not receive or retain those values.
We do not know whether you bought anything. Our advertising partner reports aggregate commission totals to us, not the identity, email address or order details of any individual.
6. Recipients and international transfers
We share personal data with no one for marketing purposes, because we hold none. Our hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf as a processor under Article 28 GDPR. We operate no transfer of personal data to a third country on our own account. Where you follow a partner link to an advertiser established outside the EEA, that is a visit you make to their site, governed by their policy.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15), its rectification (Art. 16) or erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), and data portability (Art. 20), and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). Because we do not operate consent-based processing, there is no consent to withdraw.
To exercise any of these, write to info@pravator.online or to the registered office above. We answer within one month, as Article 12(3) requires.
A practical note, made in good faith: because we keep nothing that identifies you beyond a short server log indexed only by time, an access request will usually be answerable only if you can tell us the approximate time and the IP address you used. We would rather say that plainly than imply we hold a rich profile we could hand over.
8. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU Member State of your residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR). Our lead authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic.
9. Children
This site is aimed at adults making a purchasing decision. It is not directed at children and we knowingly collect no personal data from them — nor, given the above, from anyone else.
10. Changes to this policy
If we ever introduce anything that collects data — an analytics tool, a form, a cookie — this policy will be updated before that change goes live, the effective date at the top will change, and a consent mechanism will be added where the law requires one. We have no plans to do so.
